What happens when you ask Jared Padalecki a question:
- First, he’ll interrupt you mid question, probably after you’ve said a noun such as “favorite” and he’ll proceed to tell a story about how he met someone who couldn’t say the word favorite without a lisp.
- Ten minutes later, he’ll apologize, ask what your question was, and when you try to repeat it you’ll get five words in and he’ll find another word he likes such as “cookie.”
- He’ll then jump into a story about the cookie monster.
- Then, he’ll look around a little confused at the silence and be like, “Oh, yeah, the question! Right! What was the question?”
- And you’ll say, “What’s your favorite kind of cookie?”
- And he’ll go into a story about how he rambles a lot and how people always yell at him for it.
- And then he’ll pause, and repeat the question to himself. “So you wanted to know what my favorite cookie is… eh?”
- And apologize.
- And then come up with a story about apologizing.
- And twenty-five minutes after you got the mic- he’ll answer your question with a simple, “Oreos.”
- And then jump into a story about how oreos saved his life in the Christmas of ‘84.
